Refund policy

At Aliis™ we know that you have a choice when it comes to your hair care products, so we are glad you’ve chosen us. Should you need to make a return of an unused product, we have a stress-free 60-day return policy. Please contact info@aliisbeauty.com to make arrangements for the return of any unopened, unused product still in its original shrinkwrap. Refunds will exclude shipping and may take up to 14 business days to process after the package has been received at our facility. We will not accept returns on any partially used product. 

Note: Returns and exchanges are subject to product inspection, and are distributed at the discretion of Aliis Beauty.
