Shipping policy

Orders purchased on aliisbeauty.com ship out via USPS Priority Mail from our fulfillment centers, either in Baltimore, MD, or in Chattanooga, TN.  Shipping regulations currently prevent us from shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO, freight forward addresses or internationally. Aliis Beauty reserves the right to cancel any order whose address does not meet the requirements as stated. 

Orders placed on aliisbeauty.com may take up to 2-3 days to process in addition to shipping estimates. During promotional times (including holidays) orders may take slightly longer to fulfill.

Lost packages marked as delivered can be tracked with USPS please visit USPS.com to track lost or missing packages. If USPS is unable to locate the package, please email us at info@aliisbeauty.com (please include your order information). Contact for lost or missing packages are required within 14 days of delivery date.
